BFF Challenge: The End

It’s a Saturnalia miracle! Having not lost a single pound the entire year, I caught up and lost almost 1kg in 3 weeks at the last minute! Thanks to GLOW and the Berry Fruity Fat-loss Challenge. A combination of the product as well as exercise (not so much the diet because I was too greedy over the feasting holidays), helped me through it all!

I enjoyed the workouts *gasp* led by trainer, Sederick, with my BFF GLOW buddies and kept up with all the prescribed sessions. I am actually quite amazed at how I hadn’t tried to excuse myself and skipped any of the sessions. I’m almost sure GLOW gave me the energy boost that I have sorely lacked. Despite the fact that I huffed and puffed while lagging behind these straight-sized bloggers, I never once felt like I was going to give up or embarrassed that I couldn’t keep up. It really helped that these blogger mates were all very encouraging! (Do read their blogs here –> Daphne / William / Ju-Ann)

I am impressed by GLOW as a product but as a natural skeptic, I’m going to skip taking the product for 1 month and continue applying what I’ve learnt from the BFF Challenge. Then if I don’t lose any weight by February, I will know for sure.

The best part is, they will be launching a new, improved formula of GLOW soon – this means that when I do go back on the product, I hope it’ll be doubly effective!! Dear new GLOW, help me lose 2 kgs in 3 weeks please!

I left Singapore for the US of A in 2013 and now live in Las Vegas with my indie game dev husband and our son Gummi Gumdrop. I am also probably much older than you think I am.

  1. Yah! Good for you – I really enjoy doing these kind of challenges now, despite basically hating exercise most of my life:P
